Legislative Compliance Policy
The law we operate under
The platform is run by an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia and is governed by Georgian law, including the laws on the Protection of Consumer Rights, Personal Data Protection, Electronic Commerce, and on Facilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering.
Seller identification
Opening a shop is not automatic. From every seller we take a full legal name and personal ID number, screen them against international sanctions lists, and then approve by hand.
Until a shop is approved it cannot technically accept an order — that restriction is built into the system, not merely stated in the rules.
Prohibited goods
Illegal, counterfeit and licence-restricted goods may not be sold on the platform without the relevant permit. By listing an item the seller confirms it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
On a breach we remove the product, and on repetition we suspend the shop. A rights holder can reach us at the contact address on this page.
Age
Only a person aged 18 or over may open a shop.
Tax obligations
Every seller declares their own income independently. The platform is not a seller's tax agent.
Personal data
Data is processed only to fulfil orders and to meet obligations placed on us by law. See the privacy policy for detail.
Reporting a violation
If you notice a breach of the law, an infringement of your rights, or a suspicious shop, write to us. Reports are handled in the order they arrive.
