Transaction Security Policy

Updated September 2026

Card details never reach us

Brelo never sees a card number, expiry date or CVV. At payment the buyer is taken to the licensed payment provider's own secure page and enters the details there. Card data neither arrives on our servers nor is stored on them.

Responsibility for the security of card data therefore rests with the payment provider, which is subject to the international card schemes' security standard (PCI DSS).

Encrypted connection

All of brelo.ge runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Unencrypted requests are redirected to the secure one automatically.

Payment confirmation

Card payments are additionally verified by the issuing bank (3-D Secure): the buyer confirms the operation in their own banking app or with a one-time code. This protects the cardholder against unauthorised payments.

What we do keep

To fulfil an order we keep the name, phone, address, email (if given) and the contents of the order. From the payment system we receive only a transaction identifier and a status, so the order can be marked paid. See the privacy policy for detail.

Access and control

A seller sees only their own shop's orders. Signing in uses a one-time link sent by email rather than a password, which removes the risk of a leaked password entirely.

If something looks wrong

If you see a payment on your card you did not make, contact your bank immediately and then write to us — we will help identify the transaction.
