Payment Policy

Updated September 2026

What you can pay with

Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Georgian banks, and mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Alternatively, cash to the courier where the seller offers it.

Currency

Every price and every payment is in Georgian lari (GEL). No currency conversion happens on our side.

When you are charged

On card payments the amount is taken once, at the moment the order is placed. There are no recurring or automatic charges — Brelo has no subscriptions and stores no cards.

On cash on delivery you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over.

What you pay

The price of the goods and the delivery fee, both shown before you order. Paying by card carries no surcharge — card and cash come to the same total for the buyer.

The seller's commission

The platform takes its commission from the seller, not the buyer: 5% on card-paid orders (which covers the bank's acquiring cost) and 3% on cash on delivery. See the seller agreement.

Who receives the payment

The payment is received by the platform operator, who then transfers it to the seller. Refunds are made from our account too.

Refunds

Card payments are refunded to the same card. Conditions and timing are in the return policy.

If a payment fails

If a payment does not complete, no order is created and no money is taken. If your statement shows a held amount against an order that does not exist, contact us — such an authorisation is released by the bank automatically.
