Authenticity
BRELO sells only new, authentic pieces. Here is how you can check it yourself.
1. Where we buy
We order each piece from the brand's official store or its official distributor. We do not buy from other resellers or the second-hand market.
2. Proof of purchase
We keep the store invoice for every order. On request we send you a copy, with personal details covered.
3. What is in the box
- The piece with the brand's original tags and packaging (dust bag, box, where the brand provides one).
- A BRELO fiscal receipt.
- An authenticity card with your order number.
4. If you have doubts
You can have the piece checked by any authorised service. If it is not authentic, we refund you in full.
If you have a question about a specific piece, write to us and we will share the details.
