Vegetable tanning uses natural tannins from bark and plants. The leather starts a little firmer and develops a deeper colour and patina as you wear it.

Are they comfortable straight away?
The upper is soft and flexible and the sole is thin, so they need little breaking in.
Are they good for wet days?
The thin sole has a grip sheet at the front, but it is a light loafer, so we suggest keeping it for dry days.
