Fill power measures how much space down takes up: at 800, each gram traps a lot of air, so the coat is very warm for its weight. The membrane stops wind but lets moisture out, so you do not overheat while walking.

Is it too warm for Tbilisi?
It is rated to -25°C, so it is built for serious cold. In Tbilisi it is for the coldest days and the mountains; on milder days take out the hooded bib.
