Brunello Cucinelli
Brunello Cucinelli started his company in Umbria in 1978 with a simple idea: cashmere sweaters in colour. In 1985 he moved it to Solomeo, a small medieval hamlet he restored and where the house is still based. Today it makes complete men's and women's wardrobes, with cashmere still at the centre.
