Moncler
Moncler was founded in 1952 in Monestier-de-Clermont, a mountain village near Grenoble, and takes its name from it. It began by making quilted down jackets and tents for mountaineers and later dressed the French ski team. Today the house is based in Milan and owns Stone Island.
