About the brand
Paraboot began in 1908, when Rémy Richard-Pontvert started making shoes in the Isère region of France. The family company still makes its Norwegian- and Goodyear-welted shoes in its own workshop near Grenoble, and its Michael derby, created in 1945, has become a French classic.
